Client responsibilities and agreements
By using Happy Tails Pet Services, clients agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about their pet, including any behavioral or medical concerns. Clients are responsible for maintaining a safe and accessible environment for our caregivers to perform services. This includes ensuring secure entry methods and notifying us of any changes to home access. Additionally, clients authorize Happy Tails Pet Services to seek emergency veterinary care if they cannot be reached in a timely manner, understanding they are responsible for all related costs. All payments are required according to our established pricing and policies.
Cancellations and emergencies
We understand that plans can change. Clients may cancel or reschedule services by providing as much advance notice as possible. In the rare event of an emergency involving a pet during a service, Happy Tails Pet Services will make every reasonable effort to contact the owner immediately. If the owner cannot be reached, we reserve the right to seek emergency veterinary care to protect the pet's health and safety. Please be aware that any veterinary expenses incurred under these circumstances are the sole responsibility of the pet owner.
